I’ve worked across community health center operations, academic research, and healthcare technology projects, with a focus on translating fragmented data and reporting requirements into clear, usable structures.This work sits at the intersection of UDS, Ryan White, 340B, and day-to-day operations, where data is spread across systems that don’t fully align. In practice, this makes it difficult to answer even basic operational questions.My focus is on bringing data together to clarify where things do and do not align, and structuring it into clear, decision-ready views that support data-driven prioritization, resource allocation, and reduced reporting burden.
